Developed a new 100% vegetable menu, “Enjoy Vegeco-Earth and Body Friendly Meal”
Greenhouse has developed a 100% vegetable menus called "Enjoy Vegeco," which targets vegetarian customers and health-conscious business persons (hereinafter referred to as "Vegeco"). which targets vegetarian customers and health-conscious business persons. From February 19 to 3 days, it was provided at “GREEN’s CAFÉ” on the 18th floor of the Tokyo Opera City.
This time, we provided three new menus using the fake meat "earthmeat" for the first time in business restaurants: “Lunch Plate with Deep-Fried Earthmeat”，“Lunch Plate with Creamy Earthmeat Au Gratin”，“Spicy Earthmeat Curry & Rice Set” as daily special. Meat alternative and fake meat are gaining popularity, mainly in Europe and the United States, from the perspective of protecting the global environment. Vegeco has been designed as a menu that can meet a wide range of corporate and social needs related to vegetarian needs, particularly among companies that conduct business globally, as well as the provision of foods that contribute to healthy management, SDGs and global environmental preservation. It was named by combining Vegetable (vegetables) + eco (environmental).
