Green House Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Chiaki Tanuma; hereinafter referred to as “Green House”) has established a joint venture with Sumitomo Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda, Tokyo; Representative Director, President, and CEO: Shingo Ueno) and signed a strategic partnership agreement with Dusit Foods Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Thailand's leading hospitality group Dusit International. Through this partnership, we will jointly invest in Epicure Catering Co., Ltd. (Bangkok, Thailand; CEO: Trevor John Allen), a company that provides food services to international schools.

Dusit International, a major hospitality group listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, was founded in 1948. Its subsidiary Dusit Foods, established in 2018, manages the group's food supply chain, providing high-quality ingredients to Dusit Hotels & Resorts worldwide. Epicure Catering, founded in 2003 and a member of this group, offers food services to international schools in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Hong Kong, holding a market share exceeding 70% in Thailand.

Founded in 1947, the Green House Group operates a comprehensive range of businesses focused on food and hospitality. As a leading contract food service company in Japan, providing services to businesses, healthcare facilities, and schools, Green House manages food services at approximately 2,700 locations in Japan and abroad. Green House is also active in advanced food and health technology businesses, including developing the AI-based diet management app “Asken,” which has over 11 million users. In addition to this, it has achieved high performance in hotel management, with “Hotel GranBach” being a notable example, as well as in restaurant and deli businesses, such as “Tonkatsu Shinjuku Saboten.” Internationally, its contract food service business serves over 100,000 meals daily in Singapore, China, and Vietnam, while its restaurant division operates 111 locations across ten regions.

By leveraging the expertise Green House has developed as a frontrunner in the Japanese food, health, and hospitality sectors, we aim to further grow Epicure Catering’s international school food service business in Thailand. This investment also supports our broader goal of expanding business overseas, particularly in Asia, while continuing to create services that delight customers both domestically and internationally.
