(“SHF Services”) and Sky Food Catering Sdn. Bhd. (“Sky Food Catering”), contract food service companies in Malaysia, as described below.

SHF Services and Sky Food Catering form a corporate group that has operated food service businesses in Malaysia for 17 years, providing approximately 25,000 meals per day to international schools and corporate clients. In particular, the Group boasts the leading market share in the international school meal service segment and has established a firm position as a leading company in this field.

Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, the Group has earned strong trust in the Malaysian market through compliance with international food safety and hygiene standards, the provision of healthy meals with thorough nutritional management, and an operating policy that places emphasis on customer satisfaction. In Malaysia, a multicultural nation, the Group also offers diverse menus prepared by professional chefs—such as Western cuisine, Asian cuisine, and vegetarian dishes—thereby contributing to the development of a rich food culture where multiple cultures coexist.
