We work to provide meal services from the standpoint of patients, based on the principles of providing safe and appropriate meals that comply with each hospital’s nutritional management standards and policies. We also work closely with hospital NST teams to help enhance the quality of medical care. The test kitchen at our head office has been equipped with facilities that comply with the new cooking systems. We evaluate our cooking processes and conduct training to answer the needs of hospitals for enhanced meal services.
